I love the material because of the labor of love that it is always presented to all of the listeners. I love the familial atmosphere. I always feel like I am right there sitting in the studio and participating in the radio show. Congratulations! i just voted for my favorite show. To listen to people as entertainers is one thing, but to hear about how they got to where they are, your self included, the struggles, the people who helped them, even the unexpected help that they received everything that they experienced to make them who they are, makes you appreciate them even more especially when their struggle and pain to their happiness to their ministering to others is in their songs. I can really identify with her song and it made me have a greater appreciation for the Grace of God. I never want to be in a place whereby I take God's grace for granted. I loved lil Katie on the Amazing Kidz episode on the show. To hear that this young lady have vegetable gardens growing in different states in order to feed the hungry has moved my heart. This child has a good understanding of how Jesus feels about the less fortunate and what Jesus expects us to do about the less fortunate situation. Awesome job Katie! Lastly, Pastor Donnie thank you for the genuine love that you have shown even during some of your most difficult times. You have not stop showing compassion, love, grace, and humility. | Simplysaved Shameka, it is not always for us to know what, but it is always for us to pray for one another, period. Sometimes people don't need to know what the situation or request is and we should JUST PRAY. Other times GOD will tell us to keep the prayer request private. It does not make a difference....and while you are praying, remeber those that are sick, hurting, abused, in financial dilemmas, and for the missing children. Pray for us to love Jesus for real. Pray that we will be ready when Jesus comes back. Blessings! |

| AR Meka (Shameka), don't sweat it baby girl. You don't have to make anything clear to any of us. I think many of us know your heart and know you love Pastor, but even if we don't, God knows. Don't justify yourself baby, just keep on loving and caring. This is the only blog that I really frequent because it is the only one I've come across/viewed that isn't filled with hatred, venom, and vicious spirits. And even now I plead The Blood of Jesus that it remains so. God put it in your heart to have love and concern for Pastor. So keep caring, keep loving, and don't sweat what the rest of us might think or say let it go(i.e. rest your mind spirit). We are all still one family (I hope..smile) different in character, personalities, and delivery of our msgs, but still family just the same and your family loves you. |
| Valerie Shameka, May God bless you richly for your love and devotion to Pastor Donnie McClurkin and for your heart towards his ministry and family! You are right, so very right in that which you speak! I concur! As I listened to what he released I was impressed that he needs our prayers regarding the move of his mother. He said that in July he was going to move Mama Francis, from Marlenes house to his house. He has prepared a room in his house for her. This is a major move! A move that requires much undergirding for the son, the man of God with a schedule like Pastor Donnie has. His life as he knew it will change dramatically. Think of the care that goes into such a situation. Think of the emotional energy and physical strength. He does need our prayers and he needs them on many levels as well as our faith to set heaven on fire. This is his mother and as we all know regarding our mothers, our spiritual vision is not always as clear as it could be because all we see is my mamas hurt He understands the assignment he is undertaking regarding the care of his mother. I believe this is why he said it is serious, and I also believe he needs our diligent prayers more now than ever before. I ask those of us who say we are blessed by Pastor Donnies ministry and appreciate him and love and care for his well being to fast and pray for a miracle of healing and deliverance. I ask that those of us who know how to stand in the gap and travail and lament with a consecrated heart do so. Alzheimers disease is a trespasser upon holy ground and therefore must vacate. Who will join in this mindset and begin to declare the same and call Jehovah Gibbor to war? Who will call upon the same power that delivered the children of Israel in Exodus 1413-31 to deliver our Pastors mother from this affliction? Who will call upon our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to do now for Mother Francis what He did for the noblemans son that was at the point of death, as recorded in John 446-54? Who will release faith so great it surpasses the faith of the centurion in Luke 71-10? Who will pursue the virtue of the Blood of Jesus as diligently as the woman with the issue of blood did in Matthew 920-22? Alzheimers disease is not a death sentence for those that believe in the Power of the Blood of Jesus! Who will join in and put a demand on the Power of the Blood? Who will join in faith for a miracle? It is hard prayer with much opposition however, with God all things are possible! Who will send Jesus, for when we send His Word, we are sending Him! I release in this message a clarion call, that I am sure will reach the listeners all around the world, to rally together for the life of Mother Francis McClurkin and for the strength of our Pastor Donnie. I release the call to pray, to fast, to travail, to lament, to consecrate, to purify our hearts before the Lord and stand against the spirit of death. It is time to shut the mouth of the accuser. He has had his say in her body long enough! His voice has spoken lies for many years and now it is time for the Voice of the Blood to speak! Alzheimers disease destroys the function of the brain. Well, I say, in the Name of Jesus, that Francis McClurkins brain does not belong to Alzheimers disease! I say that Francis McClurkin is the temple of the Living God and the Spirit of God lives within! I say Francis McClurkins brain is part of the temple of God, covered in the Blood of the Lamb and holy therefore, I decree that Satan has no authority and I revoke all access. I call Francis McClurkin out of the pit of affliction! Who will agree with the decree of the King and enforce His Kingdom authority in the situation? The platform is set for a miracle move of God, who will join in? The Kingdom of God suffers violence and the violent take it by force, it is now time to possess the Kingdom! Maybe he just decided not to, or God answered his prayers and there wasn't the need to, we don't know unless he tells us. We all love him and care for him . I heard it too, but I took it to the Lord as Donnie asked, pray for me. We should be gentle and love each other , not everything is always going to be perfect. | pow DMS Family.. I have read all the comments re Shameka and thought it fitting to add my remarks. Shameka has been a long standing member of a supporting group for Pastor Donnie ,which among other things pray for him on a regular basis....She is overly zealous about her love for him and expresses this in ways that could be misinterpreted by others. Recently, after reading some of her comments to him on various message boards ,I took the liberty of emailing her privately,letting her know that she ought to be more careful in her comments to Pastor as the whole world is watching and not e veryone will understand.I mentioned that some of her comments were embarrassing with subtle undertones. I have said all that because I think it has been an acculmination of her various comments overtime that triggered the response to her question re Pastor Donnies well being.It is not just this one event. As many of you have said ,Shamekas heart is in the right place ..just like everyone else.We all love and care for him. Lets continue to keep him constantly before the Lord in prayer ,as he is on the front line and a prime target for Satan. God bless. |

We have to understand we all are different and some may wear their heart on their sleeves. We do need to be mindful of who site this is and respect his Office as well. I am very close with my Bishop and First Lady, there are things I can and can not or will not say to them. Men and Women of God has to guard their self and not allow people to get to familiar with them. |

| Simplysaved I am very soory to hear about Bishop Walter Hawkins passing away within the past two hours. His ministry has impacted a generation and been a blessing to me personally. I was honored to sing as part of a specialty choir with him in Nashville some years ago...we were ALL so thrilled and blessed! My prayers are with the Hawkins Family and for all of those who knew him personally or was blessed by his ministry. Maranatha! |
